Casa Blanca Entities
The Casa Blanca Entities were sighted in Riverside, California on August 29, 1955. The incident was investigated by a reporter for the Riverside newspaper named Bob Boden, as well as Mrs. Jean Rowlands and Mrs. Mary Starbuck, for the Borderland Sciences Research Association. It occurred in Sonora Place, California at 2:00 and continued, on and off, throughout the afternoon until nearly 5:00. The witnesses were eight or nine children between the ages of four and fifteen, and no adults. The first incident occurred while Kermit Douglas and another boy were wrestling and noticed a hemispherical object in the sky. They watched as it became round with radiating rays that trailed behind when it spun. They and the rest of the children saw it, as well as several other such objects, described as being round like basketballs. They varied in color from red, blue, and orange, but were mostly silver with all being partially transparent. The objects appeared and disappeared, making high musical pings every time. Whenever one of the children brought their parents out to look, the objects would disappear. During one of these instances, the objects remained visible to the children but unseen to the adults. Eventually one of the objects came down in a football field nearby. It was described as a massive shop about as large as three houses put together, hovering three feet off the ground. Beside the ship, the witnesses saw a small creature. The creature was three and a half feet tall, or about the size of a four year old child. It also appeared transparent and had a big red mouth along with big red eyes. Where the nose would have been, there were four round objects sparkling like diamonds. It also had a small disc on its belt that was bright and mirror-like. It hovered above the ground, instead of standing on it. This scared the kids and caused them to start screaming and crying. Other spaceships also landed, spiraling down and later taking off in a whirling motion. A seven year old boy started walking toward one of the objects and described it as beautiful. A second, stranger creature appeared, wearing what looked like satin clothing. Everyone agreed this entity had four arms, and another said it also had four legs. It spoke to one child to climb a nearby tree, to pick him up later. Two boys, apparently hypnotized, climbed the tree, and a UFO approached. It had a stationary outer rim and a rotating central part. Small humanoids were seen riding on the rim, and the ship made a swishing sound. Other children begged the boys to come down but they continued to stare off into space. They pulled the boys from their trance by spraying them with a water hose and also getting them both to leave the tree. They had no memory of what they had done and denied it happened. After this, the aliens and their ships disappeared.
