    Mt. Incahuasi Aliens

    The Mt. Incahuasi Aliens were sighted near Mt. Incahuasi, Chile June 1967 at night. The main witness was a man named Manuel Munoz Carvajal, a chauffeur with some passengers, who was driving down the mountain when a ball of fire flew by his car. They passed under a disk-shaped object resembling a walnut with lights bright enough to hurt the witness’s eyes, and antennas. A loud noise was heard and the object followed the car for some time. Later the witness underwent hypnosis and recalled exiting his car, approaching the ship, and falling into a dream-like state.     Encerrados

    The Encerrados are creatrures from Chilean myth whose name means “captive” or “recluse.” They resemble grey skinned cannibals that kidnap children and deliver them to witches who then sew up the orifices of the kidnapped.     The Cherufe is a creature originating from the myths of the Mapuche and Araucanian people of Chile and Argentina. The Cherufe is thought to inhabit magma pools and active volcanoes, and the body of the Cherufe is thought to be made of the same molten materials. The Cherufe is described in various manners. – Some in cryptozoology believe the Cherufe to be an undiscovered species capable of living in magma pools.     La Calchona/Chiludo

    La Calchona is a mythical creature from South America whose name means “ghost” or “bogeyman.” It sometimes looks like a large, bearded man covered in sheep-like wool, but in Chile its thought to look like a large dog with tangled wooly fur.     Arica Monster

    The Arica Monster is a creature sighted multiple times in Chile. In one instance, it was sighted in Pampa Acha, Iquique Province, Chile. July 29, 2004 at 9:40 p.m. The witness was an army recruiter named Dario Riquelme along with a man named Hernan Cuevas and his wife, son, and daughter. They were approaching an area called Presencias Tutelares when Riquelme stopped after seeing a humanoid creature crossing the street, and another close behind it.
